Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us at tinycorneryvr@gmail.com within 7 days if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 15 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you're entitled to a cancellation and full refund under BC consumer protection laws.
Final Sale Items
All custom/personalized items and discounted sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges. These will always be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed in up to 10 business days before shipping — we're a small family business and each product is made by hand, so we appreciate your patience!
- Canada: Free shipping on orders over $85 CAD. Standard and express options available at checkout.
- USA: Shipped via USPS Ground (up to 10 business days).
- International: Available at checkout. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
Our Products
All products are made locally in Vancouver, BC. Our prints use premium PLA filament (polylactic acid) — a biodegradable bioplastic made from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane.
Product Care
- Keep prints away from heat and direct sunlight.
- Dust gently with a soft, small brush.
- ⚠️ Not suitable for children. Prints may contain small parts that can break loose — not safe for chewing, biting, or placing in the mouth.
